The training materials developed for food street vendors for On-site-training model’ in Ghana include a trainer guide and flip files. The training targeted Street Food Vendors who are mostly illiterate.

Trainer Guide : This Trainer Guide is a combination of a manual and guide for Trainers. It contains an overview of the course, its objectives, learning outcomes, and the technical description, illustration and procedures to be followed in teaching each topic under each module. The resources needed to effectively teach are also outlined.The training was delivered for 3 days on-site (street) for Food & Beverage servers and owners of food stalls.
