HITT Mozambique Training Materials

The training materials developed for training F&B package sellers, cooks, handicrafts sellers, and motorcycle and taxi drivers who work as informal guides include a trainer manual; trainer guide and flip charts. The training was delivered for 44 hours combining 22 hours classroom plus 22 hours monitored personal learning for guides and 74 hours combining 37 hours on site & classroom plus 37 hours monitored personal learning for street vendors.

  • Trainer Manual : The Trainer’s Manual is the central tool of the trainer, and provides all information required for the trainer to prepare his course. Its comprehensive index enables easy access to the different topics and activities during the training.
  • Trainer Guide : The purpose of Trainer’s Guide is to provide trainers with guidelines about the presentation and learner support requirements for the course. It will enable the trainer to plan, prepare, conduct and evaluate this course.
  • Flip-Files : The flip-files was developed by the HITT programme to allow trainers deliver on-site training to F&B Package Sellers, Cooks, Handicraft Sellers, Taxi and Motorcycle Taxi Drivers in Mozambique.
